Join us at 6pm Friday Feb.23rd at Retreat Yoga and Wellness Studio for an evening of Self Love....
We will begin with a Guided Meditation, followed by a Heart Centered Yoga Flow, and then into some wine/kombucha + chocolate!! You can sip and savor while we talk SELF LOVE and COMPASSION, and the importance of making this a daily practice in your life.
